Making time

I know life can be rather stressful at times, and we sometimes just want to unwind by doing our own things. But if your a parent, like I am it is always important to spend time with your kids.

It is so easy these days to get distracted by technology, that we sometimes forget about our little ones.

Making time for your kids is so important.

How anxiety effects me

When I am over stressed, my anxiety affects me in a really bad way. My vision becomes blurry, and for some reason color becomes faded. My arms and legs get pins and needles in them. I can’t stop hyperventilating. If I have a conversation with someone I cannot control what I say. This is why I personally self harm just to bring myself back to being me again. I do not have split personality but it sure does feel like it at times.

I was wondering if anyone else ever experience the same side effects as I do.

How I cope with anxiety

Hi again, so with my illnesses comes alot of anxiety. One of my biggest things I have done to help me with anxiety is i have stopped drinking alcohol i have been sober since the 6th of May 2019. The first couple of weeks i had alcohol withdrawals. They were not fun at all. But I had a friend that saw how bad I got with my withdrawals so she helped me by getting me outside and going for a walk. Which really helps to calm the nerves. Exercise has been a major factor in helping me through my mental illnesses. I strongly believe it.

Finding something you love

Finding someone or something to love is really helpful.

My four year old son was very Unwell today. But knowing how much he needed me today makes me feel like no one else matters. I was there for him every moment of the day. Now his is doing better.

Doing things that you feel happy is such a great feeling. This could be anything such as taking care of your and others.

When we feel low, we feel like there is no way out and that no one knows or even could start to understand at how we feel.

Once you hit rock bottom. There is only one way to go and that is up. Now you might think you take one step forward and two steps backwards. But if you keep trying before you know it you will be taking more steps forward then backwards.
